I have been practising yoga for 25 years and experienced many different instructors. I can strongly recommend Kerry and Vickis classes. They are both welcoming, professional and knowledgable. They are always happy to help anyone with their practice. It’s a safe environment of many different ages and capabilities. I always come out feeling better. They really know their stuff! Highly recommend them!
