Disappointing food – Nice atmosphere and friendly service but the food was substandard. Chicken tikka masala was colored a very fake red and its spicing lacked complexity (not enough flavors, did not even taste like Indian food [yes, I know it was invented by Benghalis in England; so what!]). Of four diners, only one liked his food. Not recommended.
Grumpy waitress, mediocre food. – We picked this restaurant while in town visiting family. A very disappointing experience to say the least. While the food was okay (the tomato-based curries tasted like they had been made with condensed tomato soup), the service was rotten. The waitress left her cell phone in the booth across from us and it kept ringing... and ringing... and ringing. Extremely annoying.
