An idyllic location - we have been back many times and love it. The views are lovely and the occasional deer makes the stay special. Victoria os a lovely host and there if you need her.

A true home away from home. Absolutely stunning house with all the creature comforts you could want, located in a gorgeous, secluded part of Scotland. There's a footpath to the River Tays at the bottom of the garden, and despite being secluded, the house is only 15 minutes from the A9, making it easy to head out and explore. The balcony was perfect for lazy days and the furniture was so comfortable. Definitely booking again next year!

A very comfortable cottage in the most blissful location. The balcony was so lovely and we could sit outside to admire the views. On slightly cooler nights the wood burning stove was easy to use and we had cosy post dinner drinks. All home comforts to a high standard. (Also excellent attention to detail regarding Covid which was very reassuring.)

Second visit to this property and prob not the last. Beautiful setting, lovely house and amazing log fire!! Such a great hide away! Can’t recommend enough and especially if you love walking!
