I received a mirror bundle and the ball part of the mirror was broken as visible in the image attached below. I would like an exchange for the item or a replacement if possible. I cannot get any response from any of the customer support resources email or phone number..

This company is a joke. My parents got me a mirror from them for Christmas and it doesnt work properly. Upon figuring this out I emailed them for help. This was the last piece of their responseWe are more than happy to help fix your mirror. For a warranty fix / replacement we require the customer to pay the packaging and shipping back to our facility. Once back we would then either fix or replace the item for a refurbished one. They should rename their business to "Impressionless" Vanity. They sell cheap junk and do not back up their products. I purchased an already assembled "pro premium slaystation" at the end of March. I received it a month later. I was so excited to finally receive this vanity, but my excitement faded real quickly upon opening it.. my husband took the tabletop out and set it up on the drawers only to realize the tabletop didn't sit flush on the drawers. I’ve had so many problems with this chair, I haven’t even had the chance to use it. The main problem with it is that one of the four holes in the chair is too big and the screws won’t screw in, which makes the chair wobble. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and they aren’t helping at all. They made me send a video of me trying to screw in the screw because they didn’t believe me. I order my vanity from this company for my Make A Wish, and they sent it out, it was wrapped very poorly.. it was missing various parts and pieces. This vanity was extremely expensive for how flimsy it feels. .. after waiting a month to receive my vanity, i was extremely disappointed with the missing pieces. I have emailed them twice and did not receive a response. I am very disappointed. This was a part of my dying wish and this company definitely does not deserve the hype it is given..

The mirror is nice looking but customer service is horrible. Really high disregard for customer relations. I think they have some scripted lingo and really dont listen to you. I am surprised. I placed an order on Jan 15, 2021, and the order was not shipped yet or received by me. The item goes on sale by 25% so I reach out to support 3 times to see if I can get a price adjustment since the item was not yet delivered. I'm in Canada. I ordered from them and they failed to inform me that I would incur brokerage fee and taxes for import. Probably, because they didn't want to loose a sale. I emailed them the next day to cancel my order because I found the charges for shipping exorbitant (roughly a hundred dollars, more than the mirror itself!). I purchased a mirrored vanity from this company and it took a month to arrive. Once it finally arrived, the mirrors were shattered. I emailed them photos immediately and then called them. I spoke with someone named Alicia who was going to submit a claim on it and call me right back. I purchased a vanity mirror for my wife for Christmas and was very disappointed to find the mirror completely shattered when we opened it.
