I think the company is a scam . You have to file a complaint with the bbb to even get a refund for an item that was never shipped . 900 for a vanity without a mirror . It takes forever to glue all the pieces together . The worst part you cant get ahold of anyone with the customer service number . It feels like they hold your money and dont send out the products . Buyers beware ! It will say waiting to ship out . Then it never ships out . Terrible customer service and Id give zero stars .

Ordered a Hello Kitty chair for Christmas and it arrived in a box that had been used a handful of times with holes and pieces of the box just hanging. Of course the chair inside is heavily damaged. This chair had to have been returned 3+ times before me, and then just kept using the same box. Its really embarrassing that I am in this situation and very unprofessional they would send something like this around the holiday's and then not be available via phone or email. I ordered a huge order for Christmas gifts for the family and it said 8 to 10 days. I seem to be having the same problems as everyone else, one email from the help desk stating they would tell the shipping team to ship the package asap! So far the tracking says created a label in ******, **. No response after several emails to the company. This company is so unprofessional, I have sent 3 emails and their phone number is probably not even a real number just rings and no one answers no mailbox. One of the trifold mirrors arrived chipped and all I initially asked for was an exchange. After looking at all the reviews everywhere at this point I want to return the whole order and want my money back. They dont even reply theyre probably waiting for the time frame for returns to pass. This business has yet to ship my travel vanity that I ordered on Nov. 19. The website says that the processing time is **** business days, but, it has been longer. When I checked the status, it says that a label has been created yet ***** has not received the item. I cannot attest to the quality of the items as I have not received mine. They have taken my money and I've yet to get my product or a refund. Worst experience online ever. No one will give you a straight answer. Its always tmrw or next week. No one will call you back as promised. I paid for an order and they wont ship it.

Bought an LED mirror 11/9/2023 through website. Have not received as of yet. Not shipping tracking updates. Tried calling customer service number several times, phone number not working. Emailed several times with no response. I feel I got scammed!!!

Sent a damaged hello kitty chair to only get back 50 dollar refund. Then I have to wait **** near 2 weeks for the 50 dollars. The chair was 229 plus tax!!! Was told in order to get a full refund I need to ship it back myself!!! Never again!!!!

I purchase a bundle vanity package during their Labor Day sale and only received the vanity part of the bundle Thats not the worst part. The drawer does not work due the the hinges arriving bent . Almost like it was used I paid close to $600 . Ive emailed them at least 7 or more times and sent them a video and their customer service doesnt even respond to acknowledge. Absolutely horrible experience.
