I have spent a great deal of money at this company buying several of their products. Every product I have purchased has arrived damaged or damaged in the process of being shipped. Do not buy anything from this place. They are now trying to put it back on me thatit is my fault and I need to pay for all the cost to return an item that they shipped to me damaged. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered 9 items, many of which are Christmas gifts, on 11/28 and saw that the date of delivery was promised to be between 7-10 business days which was fine with me because that would arrive in plenty of time before Christmas, or so I thought! Will never do business with this company again.They automatically add a $53.81 route protection charge to your order after you place your order then give you the runaround when you try to cancel an order.
I purchased an item two weeks ago from this company, requested a replacement and had it shipped to me immediately. Interaction with their customer service team recently was a blast. Divani is awesome!

********** Ordered a mirror for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened it was shattered. I cannot get a hold of anyone to file a complaint and there is no direct contact information. Horrible business practices. They avoid and do not respond. The customer service number is never answered. It just rings. Buyers Beware.

Would give 0 stars. Super unreliable. They gave me an order confirmation number and after 2 weeks nothing had been updated so I emailed and they said there was a glitch even allowing customers to purchase out of stock items. However, I only purchased it because THEY EMAILED ME THAT IT WAS BACK IN STOCK. I think the company is a scam . You have to file a complaint with the bbb to even get a refund for an item that was never shipped . 900 for a vanity without a mirror . It takes forever to glue all the pieces together . The worst part you cant get ahold of anyone with the customer service number . It feels like they hold your money and dont send out the products . Buyers beware ! It will say waiting to ship out . Then it never ships out . Terrible customer service and Id give zero stars .
Ordered a Hello Kitty chair for Christmas and it arrived in a box that had been used a handful of times with holes and pieces of the box just hanging. Of course the chair inside is heavily damaged. This chair had to have been returned 3+ times before me, and then just kept using the same box.
