This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a vanity chair for my daughter. The chair came damaged with a rip in the fabric. I tried to contact them multiple times. After several email correspondence they said they had turned it over “to the correct department and to be patient.” This was almost 2 months ago. Buyer BEWARE!!! I’m a makeup addict so I finally invested in a beautiful vanity from Impressions vanity co. Well, not even five months later, my mirror dies. The regular outlets and USB outlets stop working. I contact customer service and get an error message that states “cannot send mail. The server rejected one of the recipients email addresses. I ordered a slay station bundle which it took forever for me to get but once I received it and set it up, I realized that it was defective. There are a few drawers that are noticeably uneven as well as broken pieces of glass on my (all glass table). I have sent many pictures and emails for over 2 months and to no avail. I also had 3 light bulbs to blow out within a month. As an online shopper delivery and packaging is everything. I ordered the biggest vanity and mirror. I also wanted the mirror with the Bluetooth. At the time the Bluetooth mirror was sold out. The very next day i looked again and the company had restocked the mirror. I immediately reached out to customer service and informed them that i wanted the mirror with the Bluetooth and that i will pay the difference. Honestly terrible customer service. I bought one from ********’s that didn’t work. They told me they didn’t have any replacements so I could have a refund or contact the company. Impressions informed me that I had purchases through A third party so even though my product has a warranty they aren’t concerned.

Horrible customer service! I finally received my vanity and mirror. Mirror was broken and wrong vanity color shipped. Emailed 4 times, called with no response. I am filing a claim with my credit card. Very disappointing since I was so excited to receive my purchase costing almost $2k!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS. After 2 MONTHS of waiting for our mirrors, they came completly shattered. We have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month now to either receive a refund or get 2 replacements and have not heard back other then someone on their Instagram telling us to contact "Route Insurance" - (Which is also a total SCAM.) I ordered a princess vanity and mirrior for my daughter. She was so excited to get it shipped. I paid for shipping insurance too. I got an email to pick up in store, Why? I asked for it to be shipped. I have been trying to reach out to the company though email since they are not taking calls. This company has not responded to any of my emails!!!! I live far far from this store and there is no way I can pick it up.
