I placed an order end of December 2019, for a white mirror. 2 1/2 weeks later I still hadn’t received it. I emailed them, and they say “sorry it’s out of order!” And I’m like ? When I ordered it it was in stock.. and they only told me when I emailed them first! So I tell them to send me the silver one. They cancel the order for the white one and I get an email for the silver one. Well, a month later, I haven’t received anything at all. I’ve emailed twice to ask for a refund. BS of a company. I’ve ordered from here before.

I placed an order and the mirror arrived completely shattered. The company is so unprofessional their email greetings start with : hi love" and they never help resolve my issue. I purchased shipping insurance and filed a claim when my mirror arrived damaged and they have yet to reply with a resolution. Their toll free sends me to a voice mail box that's not taking messages and Jazmine M**** from client services offers no service at all. Not only is my money wasted but my wife will not have one of her main Christmas gifts.

My review is based on the marketing/customer service and NOT their products. I received what they called it "an exclusive 10% off discount code offer" (sounds very special huh?) but I went to shop for a vanity bundle (almost $1300), it didn't work and apparently when my gf chatted with them online, they said, nope, we can't honor the discount code we sent you because we have a sale - then why in the world would you send it to someone--- I guess, just to say you cannot honor it??!!!
