I purchased a $700+ mirror & vanity 2yrs ago. 7 weeks ago the *** screen on my mirror stopped working. I contacted to see how I could fix it/exchange/replace it as it has a 5yr warranty. Bought a $750 mirror from them directly on their website. After receiving the mirror, putting it together, and plugging it in; only 2 out of 15 lights would turn on. I found a phone number on their website, that was not working so I emailed them. I received an email 2 days later informing me they had opened an account for me on their customer service site. This company is fraudulent. They lie about the costs for bundling products as well as shipping. They deliver damaged products and refuse to accept a return for their damaged products unless the buyer pays the return shipping costs. Product is not only damaged, but also overall just poor quality. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Stay away! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I paid nearly $1700 for a pile of junk. I was offered $50 credit. What a joke.
I purchased A vanity with the warranty for over $2,000 back in December. It came with a broken mirror and missing part. Ive emailed, called and written the company. They keep telling me my parts are out of stock. Its been 6 months and my $2,000 vanity is still not complete. Now I cant even get a hold of anyone. I believe I was totally scammed. What was the point of a ****** warranty if I cant even get my parts?!?! So disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this company.
This companys customer service is a complete joke. I received a chair from here and it came stained with dirt and makeup. I sent them multiple pictures and somebody said they would have *** come pick it up from my house. *** came and picked it up and dropped it back off at my house the next day and just left it at my porch. This company is a joke. I emailed them about the drawers not aligning with the vanity. They sent me slides for the sides of the drawers. That still didnt fix the issue. One of the drawers fell off and the wood look dry rotted. I believe I got a refurbished vanity instead of a new one. I called and no one can give me a manager. I ordered a 7 tier diamond edition organizer but received a cheaper 5 tier open top organizer that looks so basic and boring compared to what I ordered. I emailed them, received one email back, and never got any other responses to my emails. I had to call them 3 times. I have purchased vanity set for $2700 and I just got an one box yesterday and found out there was damaged some item. When I track my order they kept telling me that they have sent all my item and there is no future tracking. What?! I didnt paid $2700 for only one drawer. I have sent an email they havent reply me back and they dont answering the phone.
The company has no customer service! If you buy something for a couple hundred dollars , you would expect at least good customer service.
