"I have mixed feelings about my experience with Impression Vanity. I purchased a piece of furniture that arrived damaged, and although I tried to notify them, they informed me that they only had a 48-hour window to report any damage. This policy left me dissatisfied, as I did not have time "Enough to fully evaluate the product. It would be great if they considered being more flexible in this regard to provide better customer service. This company is a complete SCAM! My daughter made a purchase as a gift for Mother's Day to me with money she saved up over a long period of time and it never arrived. Instead we got tracking info that stated it was delivered in ***** somewhere instead of ** where we reside. They never responded to any of our emails and stole her hard earned money. She felt terrible and cried. This site needs to be exposed for the ******* they are.

I have purchase over ***** in vanity or mirrors. I had questions about an item that was never deliver and no customer service phone number and it was only email by someone who would not transfer the case to a supervisor after weeks of inquiring about my item. Any time a business has no phone number working its a red flag. they are fast to publish items but not to deliver items that cost hundreds of dollars. very disappointed and still have no update on my costly item.

**************** is the absolute worst. I received my order for replacement bulbs on January 20th 2023 for the vanity Hollywood Glow vanity mirror and was sent the wrong bulbs. Over the past month and a half I have been trying to connect with customer service by phone as well as by email. No one ever picks up the phone. It feels like I am calling a personal phone number. I cannot give even one star. The customer service is horrendous. They say oh we have notification it has been delivered. I sent many emails and phone calls that I never received my product. I have been dealing with this since Christmas and I lack of a better term lost my hard earned money to what seems a scam of a company

They have horrible customer service. I never received my mirror. The drawers dont work good. The table top has parts that dont fit. The phone number does not work. They wont respond to my email.

My husband purchased a slaysation with drawers and a light on 11/18/22. I had to contact the company after over a week had gone by and nothing had shipped. I recieved the drawers and the mirror shortly after. It has now been over a month and my slaysation has still not shipped. I have been emailing customer service and they take days in between emails to respond. I keep getting the same email stating they are working on it. Im not sure how they can be working on an issue of shipping out something I paid for over a month ago.... read more

I purchased a sleigh station for my daughter for Christmas although it was hard to put together. My husband did it and its amazing!Also, the mirror came broken. It was hard to get a hold of Customerservice but when I did, they made it right, no questions asked received the replacement in plenty of time for Christmas! Not only did they make it right I had purchased the extra insurance, but waited longer than 48 hours to report, and they still with no questions asked replaced it immediately! Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would I purchased two mirrored columns from this company ! They arrived damaged and they have given me the run around pretending to assist me! I requested a replacement they printed a label and pretended it was enroute !
