The absolute worse online order I have ever my my entire life dealt with!!!!! ??????????????Stay away! They advertise are done on FALSE pretenses. They are expressly unprofessional and unreliable. After waiting two months for my package, it was delivered without my draws! Can you believe spending over $1000 and to wait two entire month and for your package to be sent incomplete.?!!??!? If I can sue these people I would! I want my entire money back NOW !

I purchased a vanity and I received 3 broken bulbs. I emailed them 3 times and I haven’t received a response. Yesterday I was doing my makeup and a bulb randomly broke off. I paid 100$ extra for these Led lights. So disappointed that I can’t get what I paid for. I worked hard for my money!!!

Do not shop from this store unless you want to get ripped off! Horrible customer service. We purchased a vanity set and spent a lot of money on it, bring it home and it has a huge chip in the mirror and missing parts! Now no one will answer the phone or our emails or help us. Pretty much stuck. They do not care about their customers or the damaged products they are selling. Once you buy from them, your on your own!

This company’s customer service needs help!!! I ordered 10 Frosted Light bulbs and they sent me 10 Clear light bulbs. I didn’t order that ! And I’ve tried to communicate with them through the email they have on the website , phone , and last but not least through there instagram ! like I shouldn’t have to go through all this to get a response from this company . I placed an order for a vanity but need to cancel. I cannot get a hold of anyone on the at support desk. My order has not shipped and i need to cancel it ASAP as i have lost my job and cannot afford it at this moment. Please can someone please answer my email? I know we’re in a weird time but that does not excuse an open business from ignoring its customers. We spend our money on your business thinking we would get an amazing product but in return we get no response from customer service and no product that we paid for! They already took the money out of my account and it’s been over a week since I’ve ordered...nothing! No confirmation that it shipped or even processed. I’m canceling and calling my bank for help to get my money back because that’s not how a business should be run.

This company is a bit ridiculous. I received my items and less then 2 months later they started showing signs of defectiveness. I told them and she said she could replace my items, well the issue us everything is sold out. I don't want the same chair I got because I am afraid of having the same issue, which the issue being is the inserted beans were falling out which can be a choking hazard for my infant son if he is ever crawling around the chair.
