Extremely rude customer service. I call in to make a booking and as I'm talking they slam the phone down on me. On top of that they charge way too much. When I called back I was told it was my fault and there was nothing that they could do as it's a me problem. The lady on the phone had no remorse to stop and apologise and instead proceeding to talk to me demeaningly. Very disappointing.

I had Marcus today and he has done my nails beautifully, all uniform and exactly how I like them, he has gone above and beyond to ensure I’m happy with my nails! My favourite salon always x

I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is incredibly professional, super attentive to detail, and always make sure everything is perfect. They have a HUGE selection of colors, so I always find exactly what I’m looking for (and then some!). On top of that, everyone is so kind and welcoming—I always feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Highly recommend!”
