We stayed here late December 2018 family of four really enjoyed the hotel location three minute walk to the beach. definitely recommend booking deluxe rooms as they are the renovated rooms which is not explained on booking.com. special shout out to Jeremy The best bellhop. Lewers Street is definitely one of the best places to be in Waikiki so close to the beach very pretty streetWith Dennys and the ABC store in the foyer
The rooms are small and really old. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms in the rooms are super small and the shower/tub in my room is so flimsy I’m afraid of falling through the tub floor when I shower. The “hot tub” is a dirty old costco style hot tub on the 3rd floor with no views. And the pool even though on the roof is super small. I do have the say the the people that work here are amazing though! The workers are so nice and helpful!
We have been going there for 20 or more years we love the location, the staff are the greatest just to mention Tony and Todd among many ,if you have never been there you will love it. Take care,see you in January.
