I wish i could give 10 starts!! This was one of the best most memorable experience's in hawaii. From the start we had a great experience. the rooms are so very nice and the view from the room I had was the best. from the balcony I could see the ocean and lewers st, so at night u can see al the nightlife going on!! amazing from start to finish!!
The front staff and housekeeping staff are all so accommodating, helpful and friendly. They all make sure you have what you need to feel comfortable for your stay. My mother and I are owners here and this is our home away from home. The location is ideal, with being so close to the beach and having a restaurant downstairs and being steps away from other restaurants and amenities. This place is wonderful; I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.
The staff was amazing!!! Can’t say enough good about it! Our experience was top notch! It made leaving very hard! If we get the chance to go back we will definitely stay at the Imperial! Our room was clean and our bed was comfy! The view was terrific! Best part.... it was located close to the beach and walking distance to about everything. And if it wasn’t the staff or the concierge could help you! ❤️❤️❤️

Our room backed onto the lifts so it was noisy, the rooms are extremely tired & really need to be modernised big time. Our room had a Murphy bed however it was a bit short in length, my husband is only 5ft 11inch & his feet hung over the end. On the positive side the staff were really friendly & helpful & managed to get us into our room early which was nice after a long overnight flight. The last negative thing is that your room isn't serviced.
