5 Star service! You won’t find more helpful friendly service then the imperial. What lacks in “fancy” they make up for with everything else! would recommend this stay to anyone!
In the heart of waikiki area......
Great location, close to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Clean, updated rooms. We like staying here because we don’t have to drive. We walk or take the bus everywhere we go. I love that the board has worked so hard to update the entire resort. It’s much nicer now than it was 20 years ago.
Great place to stay. Have stayed there 3 different times. Hoping to get reservations for next year
we had palm suite on 25th floor and it was definitely big enough for a family if 4 with great views of ocean and city. great place to stay.
