all staffers are friendly and polite, you must come with money for tips because there is no parking except for Valet!
Very close to the beach. 3 lifts 👍😃. Only had a single night so didn’t use many of the facilities - only way to have a hot morning drink was to buy coffee from the nearby SBC store, BUT no facility to make hot tea. Was “worried” about a pull down bed .... but it was comfortable. Also the young lady who checked us in was extremely welcoming and efficient.
Fantastic staff, spacious rooms, great location!! Our favourite family vacation spot.

I would highly recommend The Imperial Hawaii Resort. Bryan and his staff were so very accommodating and wanting to make my son and future daughter in law’s wedding the most memorable it could be. I can say without a doubt all the out of town guests were blown away by the accommodations and the friendliness of all the staff, from check-in to valet to housekeeping! We are truly grateful to Bryan and his AMAZING staff for their extra special amenities and exceptional hospitality! Mahalo!

Great condo apartments with friendly staff, dennys restaurant, ABC store on ground level, pool on roof and 2 spas on 3rd floor. Excellent stay. Would highly recommend.
