Have stayed there 3 times. It’s our number 1 hotel in Waikiki. Great staff, they make you feel welcome. Excellent location to everything. Nice and clean. Cannot wait to see you guys again soon....

I've been an owner for several years. Always enjoy my stay at The Imperial. The staff always welcomes you with a smile and does they're best to fulfil all your needs.
The employees are very friendly. Never had a problem getting new towels quickly. The room is very clean. It’s close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. As my first time to Hawaii this was a very pleasant place to stay! Also had a great view!
