If I could give 0 stars, I would. You get what you pay for. I had the displeasure of having to deal with Zareen Preston for my husband appeal and I reached the point I had to change representatives as I could not accept the disrespect anymore. She is extremely rude at a level I have never experienced before. Always used a dismissive tone as she didn't want to do what she was doing and made me feel like she was doing me a favour when I am paying for a service. I had an excellent experience with ILAC and especially with my solicitor, Madeleine Anderson. She truly knows her work and was incredibly supportive throughout my case. Madeleine is a great communicator, always kept me informed, and explained everything clearly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the whole process much less stressful.
