AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! I am honestly not one to complain and really do try and see the good in all things but Imagine Events Design have been shocking !! It’s the worst customer service I think I’ve ever received. We paid this company over £4,000 and have been treated so badly after our wedding. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response they’ve just been ignored. I had to wait weeks to even speak to the manager and then had to wait over a month as she was waiting to speak to our venue. Sophie and the team went above and beyond for our beautiful wedding day. I changed my mind multiple times with colour, decor and a huge delay due to Covid was partly the cause for my decision changes. Regardless, nothing was too much for Sophie and the team, they were always professional and friendly, even on the night before when I realised I had missed off the order chair seat robes for the ceremony chairs and had only accounted for the wedding breakfast chairs, Sophie saw how upset and stressed I was and sent a member of ... read more
I don't even know where to begin!! I was absoloutely stunned at how amazing Sophie and the team did on our wedding day. The decorations were beyond beautiful and you guys worked so hard and even in the hottest day on record!!
