the only place i will go for my treatments! after moving back to norfolk after nearly 10 years, i found the lovely lucy & her team & i’m so happy. i get my nails done with kelly-anne & aesthetics with lucy. all the girls are so lovely & i’ll be looking at getting more done in the future. it’s proper girl chat in there & i love it! thanks girls & see u all soon x

Absolutely discusted with this place, my mum who had a family emergency couldn't not make her patch test appointment this morning. My mum did call up to explain this and the salon told her that they would call her back. They did not call her back. When she called again this afternoon they told her that there sorry but she can't come back and can never be a customer because she didn't attend her patch test. I had the most amazing Japanese head spa experience yesterday. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it. I came home and slept like a baby ! The team at illusions are all really friendly and they put me straight at ease . I will be booking again
