I started using Illiana after having problems with another HVAC contractor (no names but it wasn't "*******" so it must have been ....). I have never regretted using Illiana to perform maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. They are honest and have NEVER pushed for additional work unlike the other contractor I was using (not ******* but....). They are professional and responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
