Absolutely terrible, they charged me extra for a particular thermostat that l Wanted, they didnt even carry that brand. But the estimator did whatever he had to, to get the bid. Installation was sloppy, had to have them return 2 more times to move a transformer to the inside of the furnace ( it had exposed tap wires that a child could reach)then covered the outlet box hole with( get this.. plumbers putty) WOW. They installed a brand new furnace and left a very dirty filthy filter in place. I could go on and on with the small... read more

Placed a call early this morning and they were able to service me the same day. Kevin came out and explained every step he took to determine the cause. Very informative and friendly staff. I will definitely call for any service that I need going forward.
We experienced an illness and a death in our immediate family and had to reschedule our maintenance appointment twice, their staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. Kevin P. Came out for an $800 induction coil cleaning to rid the house of an odd smell. He scoped the coil and told me that the coil did not need to be cleaned. After suggesting, not recommending a duct cleaning He left without charging me a dime. I NEVER write reviews, but I feel that a more honest and reputable company does not exist in this industry.
