I would advise everybody NOT to use this company, out in my hot water tank, with in 6 months rusted on top.. they said it normal. Ive never had a hot water tank rust. 2: put in my air, did not to drip pan correct, cost me 600. To fix it. I called them said they would call be back never day. Blamed the company that came out . If there was an issue that was caused by work performed by Illiana H&AC we have come and warrantied the work. When we don't have the opportunity to do the warranty work, the the costs incurred by the homeowner will be the responsibility of the homeowner. To be blamed by another company for an issue and then not give Illiana H&AC the opportunity to address the issue and then expect Illiana H&AC to pay that other company for the work (or reimburse the homeowner) is not something we do.
I am very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the ****** heating and air technician who serviced my air-conditioner. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained the results of the tests performed on the air conditioner. He answered my questions.
