We lost heat one evening during a severe cold snap and Illiana was very responsive to our need. We have a gold plan and hoped this would really mean wed get the fast help we needed. We certainly did! Within minutes of calling the after hours service line, a tech named ********** called and said he was finishing up a job and would be at our home in 20 minutes. Once here, **** quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed part. We are amazed at the excellent service and fair price. Thank you so much, Illiana!

Illiana Heating is very professional and organized. After I made an appointment, they kept me informed and kept to their schedule. Work on my garage heater and related costs were explained to me and completed promptly. I very much appreciate receiving this kind of service in a world where excellence is not always the norm.

Hello *** was the gentleman that gave me my estimate and was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and answered my all my question perfectly. He gave me a very fair estimate. And did not try to sell me anything extra that I know I didnt need unlike other local HVAC companies (One actually told I a had to buy a new thermostat if I replace my furnace so they can link up together when all a thermostat basic do is send a signal to the furance to cut on and off and tried to charge me $450 for a $150 thermostat).
