Kevin, arrived on time and was attentive to the furnace checkup/clean. He was helpful in explaining what was taking place and why. I recommend Kevin due to his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. He brought with him what he needed the first time with no need to return to his van for anything.

Mary was was very nice and took care of scheduling an appointment easily. She also answered a couple of questions I had knowledgeably and clarified my thoughts about what I needed to have done. Tyler W.did a very thorough and excellent job servicing both the AC and the furnace. Also gave me a couple of tips on some other things I could do to keep both systems well maintained. Also, very personable service representative of Illiana HVAC. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first experience with Illiana Heating and A/C, and it was perfect from start to finish. Just wanted a furnace "cleaning & inspection" before the winter heating season. Phoned the Illiana office and a young lady was able to schedule a service call within several days. Technician Tyler arrived on time (preceded by texts advising he was on his way) and did an outstanding job. After servicing, Tyler took time to explain exactly what he found, what he did, and answered all my questions.
