Prompt response to repair our furnace. **** was friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain what was wrong and to quickly get our furnace running again. Everything was cleaned up, and this was very much appreciated! He explained the service plans that could save us future repairs and money, but was not pushy about it. I would definitely recommend Illiana Heating and Air to friends and family. Thank you!!

The entire experience from estimate to installation was excellent. The installation team was on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well even when they ran into a few unexpected challenges. The team was thoroughly professional and polite. ***** was punctual, friendly, informative and efficient. I had an AC tune up service done and would definitely recommend them to a friend. I also plan on having them back for additional services such a duct cleaning which I didnt know they did until ***** told me during the check out process.
