Prompt response to repair our furnace. **** was friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain what was wrong and to quickly get our furnace running again. Everything was cleaned up, and this was very much appreciated! He explained the service plans that could save us future repairs and money, but was not pushy about it. I would definitely recommend Illiana Heating and Air to friends and family. Thank you!!
