Good hotel with good homemade food both breakfast and dinner and pleasant staff. Ideally placed for Ilkley town centre. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

I don't know What's happened to the food at this place we are regularlys on a Sundays the portion size for roast dinners have got so small hardly got any veg or mash so disapoined

We stayed here 12-15th January and are glad we did. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. All the staff and the family running this hotel were friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay. We had arrived early and as we knew our check-in time was in a few hours we were happy as this gave us ample time to try the food in the pub. I had the fish and chips which was divine . We only stayed for one night but we were made welcome nonetheless. The food is great and well presented, I was surprised that there weren't more diners! Maybe the cold weather was keeping customers in doors? The bar area is dog friendly and the dogs are friendly too! Unfortunately this hotel isn't wheelchair accessible, there is no lift and the dining area is up a couple of steps, although you could dine in the bar area if necessary.
