She’s a great and experienced hairstylist, but make sure to agree on the prices in advance. I was charged £49.50 for a dry cut, which was significantly more than what was advertised on their website.
Ilda is a good hairdresser but I’m sorry I don’t trust her with money. She had a first client offer of 50% which I took. She persuaded me to do a treatment for another £55. Nothing special-just a way to recover the offer. At the till she made a £5 plus some pennies ‘mistake’ (she was using the calculator). I told her and the £5 was corrected but not the pennies. This is my forth visit to this salon I would strongly recommend Ilda to everyone! She is an expert in hairdressing her eye for detail is incredible! she can see beyond what is presented to her. Ilda is always very patient addressing all my concerns by talking through a styling plan looking to manage and correct them over time. It is important to Ilda that her clients leave her Salon feel amazing! She has given my hair a new life and now I’m constantly complimented by friends and family on my hair. Im so pleased I found Ilda!
