Like wondering around the bowels of hell, only worse. Nothing in it’s correct location, employees that couldn’t really care if you lived or died, if you want to feel like a laboratory rat, go ahead, you’ll have the time of your short and pointlessly degrading life. Fun for all the family. If you’re the Josef Fritzl family. Can highly recommended the vegetarian meatballs.
Bullshit experience. Zero customer service. No explanations. I checked out with $130 worth of items and left with nothing because of antiquated policies that do little to help customers. IKEA was one of my favorite stores until yesterday.
I generally had a good experience with Ikea when I don’t have to deal with customer service, but they are terrible when it involves them. And this particular store in Costa Mesa. We ordered a few items for the house because it’s in stock. We wait for the email to come through to tell us that our order should be ready from 10:00 AM - noon, but no email comes.
