Buyers Beware...IKEA’s customer service is virtually nonexistent. I bought a 6 drawer Malm dresser from an IKEA 2hrs away from my house. When I got home on November 17th, one of the 3 boxes was missing all of the hardware to assemble the drawers. The first customer service person told me she ordered the parts and they would be at my house in 3 days...5 days later I called back and another lady told me it would be at LEAST 21 business days because the parts are coming from Sweden and that if I wanted them sooner to drive back... read more
