Everything and then some!!!
Never will I ever order anything online again. Shipment never arrives when they say it will and IKEA blames it on the delivery company (T-Force) and the delivery company blames it on IKEA. Two dates given already and no show. Now I’ve been given a third date, yet no one can tell me where the merchandise is. IKEA won’t even let me cancel the order and refund my credit card. #HighlyDissapointed

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever received. No call regarding that my delivery wouldn’t be coming in on the scheduled date, followed by a 2 hour hold to get nothing fixed.
