Picked up an online order at this order. Staff is very unfriendly. Grouchy even. They don't give a flip. They just want to finish their 8 hours and be outta there. Went home to find out the tools I need to assemble the linnmo table I bought were missing. Called their 888 number said they can't take my call.. Haha what a freakin joke. Ikea has gone too big they lost touch with their customers.
Terrible customer service. Purchased cabinet fronts (16) only had 13 in stock and they shipped us rest (3) following week. Went to install and three shipped were wrong size (ordered correct size.) Called customer service (1 hour ordeal) and soonest they can get to reshipping is the next Monday. They are in stock they just can’t get around to correcting their mistake for a full 7 days. You would think correcting a mishap would move to the top since I already waited to receive the wrong items.

Waited in line yesterday for twenty minutes to buy a lamp. I still had ten people in front of me when I went up and asked the cashier to call another cashier to help. She gave me a blank stare and would not say a word. Finally caught another employee who arranged for two more cashiers. By the time this happened there were 27 people in line behind me. Worst service ever.
Lousy customer service at Costa Mesa store. 30 customers in line with two slow cashiers. Awful...long wait time. Will not go back to this store. Oh, I requested more help up front and they looked at me like they didn't understand English. Ugh.
IKEA, IKEA We have had our kitchen for 4 years. It is guaranteed for 25 years, but after just 4 years, my door finish is blistering off. Your answer? I can take the doors myself to a "refurbishing " place and have the doors redone. You gave me $271.00 to do that. I am NOT IMPRESSED. at all. Good breakfast food at the restaurant. The plush toys were too cute not to get a few.
@Ikea customer service has been terrible. And their delivery arrangement, via "We don't know" third-party weasels, has been a JOKE. Bought a desk at Costa Mesa store and scheduled delivery/installation with them for Sunday. Got a call Sunday morning that there was a "glitch in the Ikea computer system" and we weren't actually scheduled at all. So they moved delivery to Monday, 10-2. first time eating IKEA I'll be back again and again. now I wonder if the frozen is the same served or made by hand. does not taste like any packaged food anywhere else it's good. can't wait to go camping with IKEA food . I just dont like walking through the store at all but that stuff looks awesome also but I need xanax to shop in that.
