WORST Customer service ever! I placed online order for $2000 in products- when it was sent for delivery, half of the order was missing. I can't even assemble ONE of the 20 items I ordered! When I called, it appears it was lost somewhere, they couldn't tell me where. I asked if I could just pick up the items in store, if they could just have it ready for me. No chance. It’s a big busy place, so you may have to wait. But it has everything at a great price.
My girlfriend, sister and I went to IKEA to buy new furniture for our new apartment. Haven't been to IKEA in years and walked into a very well designed process. Easy to navigate through, plenty of signs to point us into the right direction, staff visible on the floor and a really simple purchasing warehouse. Lunch was absolutely cheap and we walked out extremely happy and planned out next outing to the store. My sister wants to go back weekly just to grab little things here and there. Had to stand for 10 minutes in 3 different lines then had to wait for my merchandise to be given to me except the smallest item I waited one full hour until I got tiered of waiting went to the counter and they couldn’t find it because “someone took the order number papers off” 🤬 other then horrible customer service I really like Ikea...
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of competence i have had to endure with IKEA. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of goods and every single time there has been an issue with my order. I would highly advise never ordering online as i have had three failed orders sequentially. First order i was shipped missing parts, i then had to wait two weeks for the parts to completed my bed. Had to replace 4 kitchen chairs that were purchased at Ikea years ago. Came on Saturday, June 9. My husband is blind and the idea of trying to find the chairs while negotiating lots of people with my husband seemed daunting to me. When we entered IKEA, I asked the young ladies who greeted us if they could direct me to the location of dining room chairs.
