I swear every time I came here, I needed only one or two things but always ended up with about 50 items maybe more. And always first stop is their foods. Always craving for their meatballs and salmon.
We found the TOMBACK sofa with adjustable seat/back for my 96 year old Mother in Law. It’s perfect since she needs to use the electric button to raise or lower the recliner. Also, I wanted to return my new beige Ektorp couch covers so I could buy the dark gray instead, but forgot my receipt. The very capable staff at the return desk were wonderful and were able to credit back my account.
Great service, we had to return about $200 worth of stuff ( we got the wrong size) and the customer service rep was friendly and super efficient.

It’s way easier to knock a place than to leave a compliment, but here I am. Went in yesterday to purchase two pieces of furniture that the website said were available in store. Well, 17 of them were in store. Pretty disappointed when I got to the bin and they were not there. After trying to get some help from various staff members, we were set up with John and Scott who went out of their way to help us solve the problem and help us avoid another trip back to the store. A+ customer service - thanks fellas!
