We've always like IKEA. They still have great and well priced merchandise. I gave 3 stars because of the lack of customer service. The store was PACKED yesterday. The line for food was longer than I'd ever seen it .... because they had only 2 of the 4 registers open 😤 If you got a hot meal, it was already cold before you even checked out. My husband was told by the register employee that it's THAT busy every Sunday. So why weren't there enough employees to help customers. I got lost multiple time and it was vaguely intimidating, though I did get a pretty nice houseplant, so that worked in my favor.
Great items and I got great ideas - note to self - go early to avoid all those people and the lines!!!!
Parts missing from a box and I cant get ahold of a live person in the costa mesa store.
