Called in to get some advice about an Ikea wardrobe we had inherited in a house we recently moved into. The two staff members were very helpful, although they didn't know the answer to my question initially, they were able to find out the information I needed.
Collection point is fine. QR code wouldn’t scan so had to input the code. Guy came out with the couple of items in a few minutes. Didn’t introduce himself, just handed me the items. It was very quiet, I was the only person there. Will use again as very handy
You need to work on your egoistic staff who cannot provide basic customer service. I came in on Monday at 19:16pm excited to make a purchase, met three staff, two female and a guy chatting and they couldn’t even acknowledge my presence while continuing to chat. I then had to call on one of them to help with some questions about a wardrobe I wanted to buy. She refused to attend to me, and said her colleague was on break and that I should go and come back.
