Had a great experience. I had two different workers help me up on the floor. Both were very friendly. Lady at check out was very friendly. The guys helping load were nice but to few of them.
I ordered some furniture the other day and logged onto the website to check the status or that order. Believe it or not there's no option on their website to do that. Since I was unable to find that information I decided to call. Guess what, I've now been on hold for 25 minutes and I'm still listening to a recording. Return/exchange process is horrible. Take a number and wait. And wait and wait and wait.
A couple of weeks ago, I was in store and decided on a couch. Our budget didn't allow for a couch at the time, so I waited. We ordered online, knowing what we wanted after visiting, but couldn't find where to add assembly of the couch. After calling, they were happy to refund the price of merchandise but not shipping. That's $100!! So, I either have to live with an unassembled couch or be out $100. There was no willingness or remorse or apologies from the customer service representative I spoke with, either.
