I love every IKEA!! I want to buy everything. It makes me want a tiny house so I can use all the space saving furnishings and ideas they promote. (Then I come home and enjoy all the space we have. haha
Nobody cares about the customer at this store. Nobody. Manager Natalie had a bend over and take it attitude with us the whole time. We bought a matress 3 yrs ago. 25 year warranty. I called ikea customer service. How do we take advantage of warranty? I said the matress is worn and uncomfortable. He said receipt and matress is all you need. Ok. I have those. Horrible customer service! Bought a bed from here for my son, got it home was super excited to set it up and they load up the wrong bed. I had to drive all the way from Rockwall back to Frisco. Then had to wait in line for which is actually a place you take the number from and wait to be called on. Then they make me go back to my car to unload the bed by myself then come back and wait... Complete lack of customer service. I'm appalled. Can't even talk to someone.
Worse place ever to shop. The wait is ridiculous.. It's like they don't want your money!!!.... I traveled 3-1/2 hrs to come here. First and last time..
Ikea, I am not pleased with you. You do not allow an exchange at the "exchanges and returns" counter?! I'm sorry but I have my item already, and waited 15 mins to make my return, I will NOT go wait in a 20+ min, 2nd line to buy my "exchange" item.
