I went to spend a lot of money here but on way in I noticed they have 30.06 sign and don't support a safe environment so I left and spent my hard earned money else where. Good guys with guns saves lives

After witnessing excellent customer service by Marion in Bedding, to 2 Caucasian couples, I received nonexistent service or imformation from Marion. I asked her twice the process for purchasing the Brimnes bed and mattress. She instructed me to get the information from the bed easel and purchase from downstairs. She did not provide me the printout of the bed contents or location, as she had pleasantly printed and handed to the customers before and after me. By far the worst place ever!!! I was just in here 5 minuets ago and had a coupon for 25$ off 250$. The cashier entered the code but it didn't come off she said it would be fine go to customer service so I did. The lady would not fix it and said the coupon had to be printed . I said your cashier said it was fine and that I could that it just didn't come off and she rudely said no! I recently shopped at the IKEA in Frisco and purchased several items. I live several hours away from the store and once I got home, I realized several items were missing from my purchase. I attempted to call the store and was only able to find a national customer service number. I was told there was no way to contact the store and I should return to the store to discuss my missing items. Can't call the store. Can't get anyone on the phone at "customer service". How are they number one in Customer Service? Just got a table home and put together, it's missing a critical component, having to make two trips for a "cost effective" table negates it's cost effectiveness. I could have gone to Target, gotten essentially the same thing, and not had to drive over an hour round trip.

Went to Ikea Frisco from Moore, OK and bought 3 FJÄLKINGE Shelf unit, white $130.00 Article Number: 602.216.83-\-\THIS IS ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOME DAMAGED SHELVES... Boxes were prefect and intact. We drove all the way home and built 2 of the 3 items- noticing there was damage to the shelves I called and Ikea to replaced them. I had let them know this was not from handling but rather happened in manufacturing since there was not any damage to the exterior of the box and the damage was not consistent on each shelf. It was my recent misfortune to do business with this store. The kindest words I can say was that it was an utterly miserable experience. The personnel was nice but singularly unhelpful to downright obstructive. Dealing with this commercial enterprise is simply not worth the grief and frustration. Don't expect anything remotely resembling customer service from these people. If it was possible to give them a negative 50 stars, it would be richly deserved. Ugh!
