First--and last--time I will ever shop here. They point out wrong "part 2" of two piece sideboard. I catch it when home (30 minutes away). Drive back to exchange. Am told I can not go get it myself but must wait for Ikea worker to retrieve which "should take about 20 minutes"!?!?? "Have a seat" I am told. And no, you may not exchange it yourself even though you know where it is and could be out in three minutes.
On Wednesday i bought furniture online. Received an email saying they had my order but that it didn't mean it was accepted. So far, the furniture have been fully paid (the money is no longer in my account), but nobody has called me to confirm, 4 days later, that I will actually be receiving any of the things i ordered. Tried calling the last 3 days but nobody picks up the phone. Extremely frustrating... Would really appreciate an update.

It's just fun with all of the options! I love the showroom.
The store was amazing the product is great but the bathrooms were horrible. They were not clean the smell would gag a maggot.......���
