My favorite store eat and shop with great prices, Love it! Can't say the same about my 11 year old son. After 2 hours he was like "mom can we please go you we're only coming in to get some pillows"
Huge store, great food and friendly employees. I've been twice and will continue to shop here.

I gave it a 1 because there's no 0. This is the most ridiculous way to shop and customer service was definitely lacking. No one offered any help to load heavy boxes or even while we were in the store shopping. Plus they had mismatched 1and 2 sets in the bin that it said you were supposed to go to to get your product.
Preparing my online shopping list make my experience impeccable! No headache or anything! My husband left his phone in the kids area and one of your nice employees locked it up safely for him! Our family loves IKEA!

My first trip to the store... I loved the products, selection, and the showroom ideas; but the layout that's designed to walk you through the entire store, isn't friendly to the return customer that needs to go straight to a specific department. Also, not everyone sees or understands this objective and comes from the wrong direction. What I didn't like about his 1st trip, at the end of FEB, was the unbelievably huge crowd that was constant.
