I loathe this store. Absolutely packed with people wandering around randomly bumping into each other not making eye contact or saying sorry. Customer service completely useless; told different information by two different people with a lot of "I guess.." And "maybe". Family kiosk down cashiers do not have ability to look up member number. Not that it matters because the 15% off on clearance items we were told by one customer servicing representative did not actually exist. Items weren't on sale like the North Carolina store. I should of bought them in North Carolina. Love me some IKEA.
Everyone is so nice in the restaurant. Found the perfect coffee mug for my machine. Long lines but they go fast.
LOVE this store and the excellent help I received recently when I bought a couch. Only downside is the sheer number of boxes it takes to build the thing (28 for this particular one). Other than a couch, though, everything else is relatively easy to put together.
Love shopping at IKEA. Quality products at reasonable prices. Went the day after Thanksgiving. It was not crowded. Love the apartment sized layouts. Bought plates, rugs & holiday decor.
Love this place. Food was great as usual. So inspiring and fabulous prices. Everyone was very helpful. Can't wait to go back.
