I give Emeryville store 3 stars while IKEA’s online customer and delivery service gets 1 or 2 stars for being non-existant and uncoordinated lacking communication over the phone forced me to rent a U-Haul van costing me over $70 bucks and do everything myself. Store’s loading zone spaces was mostly filled. Had to park the van in the parking garage, walk thru part of the sore room to their marketplace and buy 4 Detolf display shelves. Under staffed as well. This store is huge! I have been to the West Sacramento Store, so I have something to compare it with. The parking is complex with the multilevel parking structure, but since I was driving my mom, we parked in the handicap space parking. I like the food at the restaurant, but I liked the smell of the cinnamon rolls when you exit. But at the check out, there were four lanes lit up (like they were open), but only one gal checking out the purchases. By the time the line got down to me, then another line opened up...

Got what we needed, price is right, but the process to pick up items could be a bit clearer. Good service though.

We bought 4 glass-door cabinets and when my busband installed the last glass door it was exploded suddenly!!! He was hurt by the pieces of glasses. So terrible the quality is! Never buy stuff from IKEA!

You were out of the item that I wanted even though when your looked it up your system said you had 7 in your store. Your employee was very helpful though.

Dreadful experience, had to wait 15 minutes for a trolley, then the item we wanted was out of stock.
