Just drove 30 miles to get a product. Shows 200 black and 200 white in stock but “help” says out of stock. Show the correct stock levels so your customers are not driving (paying tolls) to get nonexistent product.
RecommendedGreat layout of the store. Very reasonable prices. The warehouse is easy to figure out. One more register open today would have helped. Go IKEA!

Recommended@ikea I need help. You accidentally delivered someone else’s order to my house. It has the correct address on the tag on the inside of the box but my address on the outside. How do I get this box back to you?
By actually having a number that PICKS UP THE FREAKING PHONE. or..an email that isn't a NO REPLY! Your customer service sucks. We bought $1300 on furniture to be delivered and its MIA.
RecommendedCome during the week, not the weekend. The crowd was manageable. I didn’t have to wait in line to get in, and only had one person in front of me in line to check out. The shelves looked a little bare and the stock was limited on a lot of stuff. A fair number of empty shelves. All of which is to be expected during these crazy times. Staff was amazing and friendly.
I have a health condition yet was forced to wear mask to go in. I didn’t cover up my nose due to said condition and was chased through the store by two employees. I noticed 30 some others with mask not covering nose. Sweden is the one country that didn’t shut down- yet they are forcing the most draconian attitudes here in the states. Order online or go to Home Depot. Nothing was stocked and there was hardly room to walk. It's kind of hard to believe Corona rules are being followed.
