RecommendedEverything was nice and breezy . We moved down here from Massachusetts. We went to Ikea store in Charlotte, NC . We liked a sofa and we ordered .The sofa was delivered on time but one of the boxes was damaged. We tried to get hold of the store for exchange we were unable as apparently there was higher volume calls. So... we drove to the store ... RecommendedIt’s a bit difficult to get to now due to lack of the shuttle bus and ferry. There is a 20-minute wait for the cafeteria. Both are, I suspect, ethics of crowd control during the pandemic. The food is yummy as usual. Every thing is clean and spacious due to crowd control and social distancing. The associates/employees were helpful and were constantly disinfecting. They don’t have everything they usually have in stock, but they have everything that we needed.
