Hey IKEA! The store in Emeryville, CA fulfilled my online order last week - the box was half empty (the box was way too big for the order and it had hardly any stuffing inside to prevent the items from moving around) and the FRAGILE products were poorly wrapped, leaving me with a box of mostly broken tableware. I've called your customer service line 16 times between Friday and today - 6 of those times I was told to call back another time when call volumes were lower. Excellent product
Great storage
There wasn’t a single friendly face in the store. When I asked questions I felt as if I was bothering the sales person. I went to one employee who was running a register and said I have a question can you help? He told me to get on line and then he could just to answer a question. I left soon after

I've been waiting 90 minutes for my pick up... Y'all CLOSED 20 minutes ago. Yet you are still only partly done picking my order?!?! I've watched EVERY customer come and go quickly as I sit and wonder if I'm ever getting out of this terribly run hell hole
After ordering online almost two weeks ago Ive had no communication from IKEA on my order following the order confirmation on 5/25. Phone lines are overloaded, when I was able to get through last week there was an 88 min wait time. The email customer service feature has been down the whole time. Order tracking says (1) my order will be delivered 5/28, and (2) the order is still processing. HUGE FAIL IKEA
