Thank god for for the nice young man downstairs as the item # we were looking for had a new code (same isle, same stock #, but new shelf!) he knew where it was moved to, nobody changed it upstairs yet!!😳
I ate too many meatballs and wanted to barf. It’s also too big. Give me more shortcuts to the damn exit.
In for lunch. Disappointed became the meatballs were sold out before I got to the serving counter (obviously a very, popular item). I also picked up a few items...that I wasn’t there to purchase. Hard to resist the sale items. A first time trip to IKEA for my companion from Mobile, Alabama. She found chocolate candy bars calling to her. For her grandchildren (or so she claimed).
I have shopped here many times and never had an issue. But, my most recent purchase has a missing board. I’ve tried calling to get help, but I am just left on hold. Currently sitting on hold at 25+ minutes without a human to speak to yet. So much for a lunch break! Super disappointing! Totally ridiculous to not get to a customer on the phone in that amount of time.
Usually I'm very happy with our trips to IKEA, but yesterday it was quite a mess at the restaurant. The dirty dishes and trays piled up in the return area, no one was able to add even more to it. Made a really sloppy impression. Perhaps the person who was in charge of this was off on vacation? Anyhow, we still enjoyed food and shopping as always.
I thought when they recalled the dressers that we would get our refund? Its been 3 weeks now and no refund has came in. The 2 guys came for my daughter's dresser and had me sign the paper they showed me but that was 3 weeks ago!
