I do love IKEA but after requiring my child to wear a mask who is under 5 and per executive order 5 and under are not required.. I obeyed but was then approached by a worker for my 5 year to pull his mask over his nose.. your joking right? So they want everyone to wear a mask over their nose but have open kiosk for everyone to touch ?? Not to mention everyone is touching all the items.. I get it you can’t please everyone but after you approached my child who isn’t even in kindergarten yet to pull up his mask I will not shop ... read more
RecommendedGreat first time experience! We were super worried about the safety protocol but were pleasantly surprised, felt very safe with everyone wearing masks, social distancing etc. Loved the products even though the desk we needed was sold out.

Went to Charlotte Ikea today 08/15/20. Nice socially distanced line waiting to get in, but wait wasn't too long. However, not sure why they bothered with a line as I've never seen it so crowded inside! No separation possible. Obviously, no limits on number inside so outside line was a farce. Actual stocked selection was limited. Might have as well gone to a good college football game. Staff won't talk to you either.

Placed order 2 months. Tried to cancel but that didn’t work. Today 8-12 package arrived & dishes were broken. Fed Ex delivered & we have video but box was huge with just paper inside. Can’t get through to anyone at IKEA. Terrible service!
Never Again. It’s a MAZE to get out. Once in, plan on at least 30-45 mins spent looking for the way out. TERRIBLE.
I drove from Cleveland to Columbus walked around the showroom and they had absolutely nothing we wanted in stock we wanted a desk that was $50 they said it could be ordered but it was an additional $129 or I could come back on Thursday when they get 16 more in stock but was told I need to be there in the beginning to get it because it could go fast
