Had very bad experience today, because one rude staff at self check out. His name is Enrique! I scanned everything including the pot and succulents that i purchased. Before paying, this guy just suddenly shout ‘you did not scan the pot’ & i said I DID!! He keeps on saying, No You did not! So he checked and voided all the transactions. Printed out the receipt and checked and say, ‘NO see nothing’. And he said ‘go scan again and make sure scan everything’ it very very rude!! So… See more

Pretty sure the associate who brings an online order out to you for pick up isn’t supposed to actually roll his eyes after he asks if you need help loading it up and you answer yes.
