From the initial contact with IKE Honda, I was happy with the experience. I broke down just south of Marion on a road trip from Texas to Ontario after seeing two mechanics previously who failed to diagnose the root cause of the problem (blown head gasket). Kenny and the team quickly root caused the issue and got my car back on the road quickly considering how much labor it took. They are also pet friendly, so it was no problem for them that I had my dog with me. I am back home now and the repairs and still holding out, thank you IKE Honda for saving my road trip!
Tried to negotiate a price on a used car and they wouldn't even budge from the list price. Had a great 2013 Civic to trade in (which I had purchased from them and it's paid off) and cash to buy outright and they wouldn't even negotiate. Ridiculous. You'd think being a return customer I would've been treated a little better!!!

My fiancé and I went today to try and find us a brand new family car. We drove the parking lot once to see what we liked and wanted to look at and then parked and began walking looking at ALL of the cars. We walked the ENTIRE parking lot TWICE and we were never approached. TWO sales people walked right passed us and didn't say a single word to us.
